Facts in a Flash! Turning Off Your Detector
Not sure if your lightning detector is turned off? Press and hold the off button for 5 seconds and release. A single red LED will walk across the display and the unit will then turn off. If you do not see the red, hold for an additional 5 seconds and release. You may hear a delayed beep after you turn it off -this is due to the software powering down. Rest assured the device is completely off.
