TALOS, a brand of Precision Measurement Technologies, designs and manufactures life critical situational awareness devices for lightning detection.  Able to detect approaching lightning up to 25 miles away, these devices provide advance warning of approaching storms and provides information to potentially save lives.  Talos offers a range of lightning detectors—standalone battery-operated devices for personal protection as well as options for commercial applications such as swimming pools and recreation.  Unique in the market, there is also a powered remote/ embedded version for OEM applications such as golf carts, boats, and recreational vehicles.
